Yeah exactly - they should take youthful ANH Luke and de-age him until we get a tiny little 8 year old Mark Hamill face. Then they should melt that right over the top (or whatever the technical term is) of the face of whatever 8 year old host they use.

If there’s any truth to this (cool), I bet the creators themselves don’t know who will be playing him (yet). Since I doubt this version of Luke is going to be older than 10 (who knows, really), then the role will most likely go to an unknown child actor. Whatever works.

Now obviously, there’s absolutely no chance this is going to happen (and I wasn’t being serious about that... maybe). It would be odd, to say the least. But if a very young Luke Skywalker is in fact going to appear in this show, then again I expect the character will be played by a much younger - and unknown - kid actor.
