Baby Yoda looks lifeless. Like a real doll

I cant take him serious and like. Because he looks lifeless. I remember they had a doll for Alf sitcom. Where that doll was an Alien from other planet. And he looked so real and hilarious. They really did great job with the movements of the doll. And it was freaking 80-th.

Now its 2023 and Baby Yoda doesnt look like a real person. Which is just shocking. The eyes are empty. Movements are barely there. So they recorded some baby voice and add it which looked freaky. It makes it look like he is 1 month old brainless human baby. Even kittens are more aware of themselves. And Baby Yoda suppose to be live like 50 years old already? In this catatonic state? This is just sad. They should have made him have a brains of at least 5 years old.
