Is this even worth watching or is it just propaganda?
Whites are 70% of the adult population. It's a movie happening in 1939 when America was about 90% White. It's a movie made for Western audience. There is no logical reason that TIME should be a factor for how many minorities are in the movie, unless you're a bigot who just doesn't want to see White people.

Time matters because audiences change and this isn't 1939 anymore. Look at shows like Bridgerton and how seamlessly BAME actors have integrated into the story.
Representation matters.
Whites are still 70% of the adult population. In Britain, Whites are 87% of the population and even more of the adult population. Having many minorities in a movie happening in 1939 just because they are today a larger percentage doesn't make any more sense than having Blacks and Whites in a movie about ancient China.
