What an odd Way to kill off a character (SPOILER)

didn't even make it to the 1st episode of the season.

The actor is a premodonna POS who just decided not to return especially after having a whole season made especially for him with the whole woke ‘all whites are racist’ storyline… he then turns around and stabs producers and fellow cast members in the back by not even communicating with them… should have shot him in the face and replaced him with a different actor

reply

Uh, what? I hadn't even heard that that particular actor was going to leave the show. I'd like to hear the actual story on why, instead of the ridiculous assumptions you just made up on your own. And there was no "all whites are racist" storyline. There was a three-episode arc dealing with a racist cop in a realistic way, in which he gradually got busted by his own duplicity. Another thing----tired of hearing trolls like you throw around the term "woke" as if its some kind of slur. All being "woke" means is being aware of social injustices in society, and to challenge the status quo. Ain't a damn thing wrong with that. Trolls like you only hate hearing the word because you love to talk about superheros in Marvel and D.C. films to death, yet you don't even want to hear anything about race or racial issues. Get the hell over yourself-----the world dosen't just revolve around you, and never will.

reply

LoL.. keep swallowing what Don Lemon and CNN feed you

reply

What the hell are you talking about? You damn crazy right-wing trolls need to get the hell back on your damn meds, and stop the conspiracy bull****. Just admit you don't know what the hell you're talking about, and that you have no damn idea why the actor left the show. You're just fckg insane, that's all.

reply

L😂L ‘anyone I don’t agree with must be right wing’ … the actor left because he is an unstable POS and glad he did: the tone of the show is better without the racist BS

reply

No, that's not even what happened, you idiot troll. Here's why the actor left the show, and he left on good terms---there was no drama at all behind it: https://www.newsweek.com/rookie-season-4-why-titus-makin-jr-leave-jackson-west-dead-1632918

reply

Oh yeah, official boiler plate responses from producers who had no idea this shit heel couldn’t return for a couple of days filming for his death scene and give his character a proper send off… have you seen the actor in anything since he left? No.
Should have written him off after season 2 not that it would stop the ridiculous wome agenda this shitpile of a show has

You are providing a link which basically says that no one knows why he left, except for maybe his music career - and even that is just a guess

Makin Jr. has yet to publicly address his exit from The Rookie. However, in conversation with TV Line, The Rookie showrunner Alexi Hawley shared he had no option but to kill off Jackson as Makin Jr. decided not to return.

Hawley said: "It's heartbreaking...but I didn't really have a choice. [Titus Makin Jr.] wasn't coming back, and because of the way we set things up with the [Season 3] finale, there was just no way to tell that story without Jackson.

"But we lean really hard into honoring how he was the heart of the show, and it was definitely impactful for us to have to deal with that."

He has not been active on social media since mid-June and he does not plan to do exit interviews, reported TV Line.

In Blue Bloods they killed off Danny's wife between seasons due to her contract ending and she decided not to renew it. I think she was originally supposed to return.

miss the danny family scenes they where more real than the whole show

reply

I think, given the circumstances, the better way would be to pretend he never existed at all.
