shareI don't know what you were expecting. It's still less than the budget of The Simpsons Movie ($75 million. and that's before inflation). Yeah, I know, BB is no Simpsons, but I like the show and let's face it, The Simpsons hadn't been The Simpsons in years when that movie got made.

It really looks fantastic. You can tell a lot of time went in to the animation. Writing’s not bad either.
shareThe creator himself said the budget was $38 million. Either way it's not some big surprise that animation is expensive and movie budgets get bloated. I'm guessing one episode of the show costs 7 figures.
