Reyes is back

I went on imdb and the actor Joaquim De Almeida who played villain Reyes in "Fast Five" is listed in the credits, and in an interview he stated that he shot scenes with Daniela Melchor for a movie (not named) slated for 2023, and we can say it's "Fast X", could Daniela be playing Reyes' daughter? or is it just a flashback?
