No straight white males allowed. Does anybody actually like this show? I doubt the wokes even do. I just keep hoping Discovery gets vaporized with every episode.

In the 24th century there was a very prominent human Starfleet captain who had male pattern baldness. So at that point in future history, it had not been cured yet.

I've got no problem with diversity, but the characters don't do much for me. Like, if they all blew up and the show ended, I wouldn't shed a tear. At the same time, I'd watch Bill Shatner sit on a park bench reading a newspaper.

We suffered through the first three seasons and a couple of episodes into the 4th. But the writing just got too stupid to bear. This from a lifelong Star Trek fan who saw the first episode of the original series as aired and has watched everything else Trek.
