Is it true that Steve Rogers will be killed off before this movie?

In a recent interview with Chris Evans it was suggested that he wouldn't be appearing in this film and that his time in that role was to be no more.

Does anyone know how true this is and if the Infinity War will be his last appearance?

I don't think so Chris Evans not had many opportunities besides Marvel and CA role.

After seeing the current movie, I think they're definitely going to kill Tony. He's the one that needs to die anyhow, since this entire series has been the Tony Stark show so far. Can't progress and evolve if it still keeps being the Tony Stark show.

I've heard a rumor, or maybe fan speculation, that Bucky is going to take over as Captain America after this.

Which might be true, simply because Stan would come so much cheaper than Evans.
