Diane was a tulpa? (or culpa)?

So Diane that we've been seeing all this time was just one of those Dougie-type manufactured people? Where is the real Diane then?
What was that name that Tammy called her? Culpa or Tulpa?

reply

Tulpa. A thoughtform made real.

Interesting that the real Diane could somehow take some control of the Tulpa, or the Tulpa developed a conscience.

reply

A Tulpa.

And Dougie was also a Tulpa made by One Arm Man for Coop.

reply

She seemed so perfectly fit for the black lodge.

reply

"Fuck you." (Imitating Diane, not sincerely saying, "Fuck you.")

😘

reply

I loved that part. Even when she was in the Lodge she was still "Whatever, Fuck you"

reply

Yup. Laura dern was perfect for that role.

reply

Maybe murdered by this being? She was out of the Bureau for some time so possible. Maybe in a similar place as Laura, or Ray, or now Richard, Leland, Windom and so on?

reply

I used to play the Tulpa in my high school band.

"I AM the FBI."

I think Bob put her in that weird purple place where Coop meets Naido. One of the last things DoppleDiane said was that she was in the sheriff's station. I think she meant Naido (real Diane's soul)

Remember, you can't have two "outside" - one has to go in. Dougie went in when Coop came out, that's the purpose of Bob creating these dopplegangers. He is substituting real people with his creations to help put him in position to invade the White Lodge, and Diane was a great resource to take.

I thought she said 'I AM sheriff station"
not I am IN sheriff station
