If only they kept it more realistic

It could have been a better movie.

What bugged me:

Blake Lively has perfect vision underwater and she could see the jellyfish from the surface while the water was very agitated. Also once she is swimming among the jellyfishs, it's as if the water was perfectly still. Currents are not just on the surface of the water. The jellyfish should have been shifting left and right.

The shark had a whole fat whale just for himself and somehow he bothered going after tiny, bony humans.

They way she killed the shark...I doubt the weight of the chain would have been heavy enough to drag her down faster than the shark, and again, how did she see the spikes on the buoy's anchor so perfectly?

I think the opposite.

This movie should've been played tounge in cheek and silly. Not realistic.

It was a movie about a woman in a bikini fighting a shark. It sounded like a fun b-movie, but they played it too serious. It could've been better if it was campy and fun.

And another worthless poster who deleted him bitty self. Bye, worthless. Bye bye, bye bye✋✋

Well, as to the deleted user's 2nd point, a great white shark will protect it's prey. It will fight for it.
Probably not to this huge degree.

BUT.

We did get a movie out of it.

I"m happy with it.

I disagree and think this is the best shark movie ever, topping Jaws 3, which was shot in 3D

I thought it was a fun movie as well. I think people take movies way too seriously. Some are just they're for fun. Hence the whole Fast and Furious series 😊

I do agree with this though, lol.
