Even worse than the Minions spin-off. I guess we wont see Despicable Me 4 any time soon.

Despicable Me 3 has grossed over $600 million worldwide box office so far in three weeks. This is with a budget of $80 million. I think it's a safe bet that there will be a fourth Despicable Me movie.

More likely another spin offs not unlike Minions. In fact, I liked Minions more than Despicable Me 3. I grew tired of Gru (see what I did right there?) and the three little girls. They are not even despicable anymore, so the title is misleading. Maybe they will make a Dru movie tho.

I only go to these movies for my niece. I barely liked the first 2, but I thought these one was the best one. BTW the Minions movie was the worst. Not even funny.

The Minions got one of the best earning for an animated movie. I wouldnt tell that horrible. And it was unbelievable funny.

Minions 2 will be released 2019. And I cant wait for it! And yes: Despicable Me 3 was a letdown. It had problems at so many layers. Gru really wasnt handled well at all. The minions just played a small part in the movie. And Agnes sold her unicorn (beside that "Its so fluffy!!!"). This was a major letdown and I hope that Illumination learned from that low point.

The point of these Despicable Me movies are that Gru is a despicable guy. Now he is not any longer, actually they don't need to make more Despicable Me sequels. The story is done. They tried to get around it by using Dru as the despicable one. Problem is Dru was more annoying than despicable.

Minions 2 though, I will definitely watch it.

Yep, from that point of view you are correct. Also .... the minions arent part of Gru anymore, cause they like Dru better and therefor they have to hide from Gru all the time (as Dru himself as seen during the end credits). Thanks, you made me remember what a big mess DM3 was :( .

While DM3 was a very good film it wasn't quite as great as the first two films, I give DM3 an 8/10.
