...that all 3 movies have the exact same IMDb score of 7.4. I'm putting my money of part 4 doing the same.

Best not to put your money into this one. As of today, Chapter 4 stands at an 8.3

No way. JW: Chapter 4 deserves all the acclaim it gets. Just imagine if it was released in the mid 1980's. Movie theater audience would have been blown away. Especially during the shooting scene with the overhead camera view.
