Certainly expected better from Guillermo Del Toro.

God, I can't believe this was even recommended to me!

It was pretty bad.

It could have maybe worked as a series, where the writers would have enough "real estate" for proper character and plot development, but as a movie this was frankly wasted effort.

What do you expect from Guillermo Del Toro? He is pro of making shit: Pan's Labyrinth, The Shape of Water, Hellboy 1&2, Mimic.

The only good movies he makes are: Blade 2, Pacific Rim.

I liked Hellboy 1. I haven't seen or don't care for the others.
