Why does Rose look really old?

Did I miss something? It's only been a couple of years since the last installment but Rose looks like an old lady. What happened?

Probably reading her facebook page after TLJ was released.

Jesus, she was 95 or something. Lived a happily life after those horrible hours in the ice cold north Atlantic. Give her a break.

She lost some face fat since the Last Jedi, it made her look older.
