Why the Teaser Trailer DOESN'T say anything good about Episode IX
This is the teaser trailer

Rei is in the middle of the desert, in a Alien planet. She can go anywhere, do anything, meet anyone. It's just her, a knight with a lightsaber, the adventure begins...
...and yeap, that's the problem.
The teaser is pure JJ Abrahms. He's a genious when it comes to SUGGEST. Far worse when it comes to DELIVER. Here he's doing what he does the best: suggest something, let the possibilities flow. And this would be a great teaser... IF we were talking about the first movie of the trilogy.
It's the third one, though. The third act in the story. The bloody ending. This movie is not supposed to suggest adventure, but to resolve it. To close the story.
Abrahms started storylines in Force Awakens without really planning what to do with them (he said it), then RJ made his Spaceballs movie dismissing the first one, and then Abrahms dismisses the first two ones and seems to go back to the start to suggest (again) storylines as he was doing the first movie instead of what's supposed to be the ending one.
Abrahms always starts, and then he leaves when the end gets messy (cough Lost cough Star Trek cough). Here he's gonna end... well, not really. Third act? what's that? It's much better to play dumb and do what you always do.
This trilogy is gonna make the prequels look good. XD
