Specturd was awful - how will this be any better?
Seriously, Craig phoned in his performance in Spectre and looked ready to move on from Bond. Why the hell did he sign up for one more picture?

I'm not optimistic.
As soon as I saw that Seydoux was in the cast, I knew they had doubled down on the "Bond Cinematic Universe TM" bullshit from Spectre. There was a very brief period of time where it looked like there was a small possibility that they were going to make a standalone spy adventure film, but that moment quickly passed.
