TINA FEY...REALLY?...DAMN...NOW I KIND OF WANT TO SEE THIS...WAS A HARD PASS FOR ME BEFORE BASED ON LOOKING LIKE BOREDOM...SCREW YOU...MAKING ME WANT TO SEE THIS DAMN MOVIE.🙂

reply

She's always a bad choice.

reply

Interesting. I liked her in the film. Of course, I don't remember ever seeing her in anything else - Looked her up on IMDB and maybe I saw here in Anchorman 2...

It's always a little sad when familiarity with an actor in some role or roles, causes people to find them unacceptable in later roles.

reply

I thought she was fine. She was convincingly arrogant and driven.

reply

She was an interesting choice, but she wasn't that great compared to the others.

SPOILERS: I thought her character would be the murderer.
I admit I'm never good at guessing whodunit in these movies.
But the Mother being the murderer was a bit anticlimactic.

Does Cuckwalski ever stop simping? ^^^

Cate Blanchett would've nailed that role, but then, she always does.

reply

No, he likes to disagree with people just to disagree.

reply

THAT IS FALSE.

reply

I LIKE TINA FEY...WHAT EXACTLY IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH THAT?🫤

reply

Relax champ, I get a bit bored if I don't troll you from time to time ;)

reply

Yes, she has plenty of talent, but was miscast here. She's primarily a comedy writer and sketch player. When she has acted, as in 30 Rock, she's basically playing herself, but this role needed someone with more dramatic chops.

The writing for her was not particularly good either. A lot of her dialog was awkward, which was also true for some of the other characters.
