But yes, Both Will top BP ...

PR2 is looking at a really low opening, probably between 22 to 25 M(But Will be enough to top BP in its 6th week)

RPO is gonna gross 35 to 45M(IMO)

Boy Queen ...WB dodged a bullet on this one...PR2 is gonna be a Money Loser, good thing WB passed on PR2....or WB would be looking at Back to Back FLOPS in Tomb Raider and Pac Rim 2 ...

I'm not sure why any studio picked up PR2...

theres was no upside...The only market PR excelled in was China and Studios dont make very much from China(I think 25%)

coming off PR1's weak domestic performance and the fact that they dont get to much from china, It really made no sense to invest in a sequel

any word on PR2s budget, Its over 100 M right? I know its being co financed with Legendary...but still Its gonna be a LOSS for both sides

I must admit though It looks good, IMO looks better than the first

Is this your new method of box office prognostication? Just keep throwing the, “this is the week it falls out of the #1 spot” predictions out there, week after week, until you are finally right? THEN act like you are some kind of guru?

Sheesh... even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then.

In this case, I agree... after five weeks in the top spot, having two wide releases that encroach on the same audience that likes CBM’s, BP will drop from #1. I do believe it will still finish in the top five, however...

That is a really hollow stamp of approval that you just offered. As a matter of fact most people would reply, DUHHHH!!, as it is extremely obvious that by a 6th week the vast, vast majority of movies are no longer #1. Why not predict what will be the Box office for BP and what position it will fall to?

2nd, 3rd?

My guess, given your penchant for gloom, doom and so-called front-loading you'd go for a HUGE % drop and 4th place?

Beyond impressive. Even after shattering initial expectations, no one could have predicted this a month or even 3 weeks ago (perhaps a small minority). Black Panther is a remarkable success, period.

That aside, in all likelihood this could be its last week as #1. I mean, if Pacific Rim Uprising fails to come out on top, then the monster sequel will be a huge flop (domestically). I say it has a good chance at overtaking the King next week. But don’t quote me on it... Black Panther might continue to surprise!

Ready Player One? That is sure to be #1 and potentially a big hit. Can’t wait for that one!

I really enjoyed the first Pacific Rim and Ready Player One loos great, so lots of movies to look forward to. I'm just curious how long Black Panther can stay at #1.

So what exactly are you expecting box office wise?

what exactly are you thinking?

I'm thinking its not gonna be a big hit...I thinking Maybe 35 to 45 Million On OW(not exactly White Hot) and domestically between 120 to 160 M and Maybe 400 to 450 WW

what is your White Hot box office senses telling you queen?
