Kind of.

I heard it too during the film, but it makes sense when you realise Cameron has combined his two biggest blockbusters, Avatar and Titanic. Maybe the next will a mash up with Terminator? Quaritch will be back!

I re-watched all the main trailers. I don't hear it. Just the Avatar theme/score.

I think that's what he's saying. The first two notes in the Avatar main theme are the same first two notes as My Heart Will Go On's chorus. I've always noticed that.
