Did the Wizard and Theodora have sex?

When Oz met Theodora they started dancing, then kissing as the screen panned away? I’m pretty sure they had sex. Why else would Theodora grow so attached to Oz. And why else would Oz be so ready to jump ship the next morning? Why have the cow when you can get the milk for free?

It wasn't shown of course, but I'm inclined to think they did have sex. It was almost like Oz deflowered her and she expected them to be together forever as a result.

I assumed that he did indeed deflower her, why else would she freak out so much over a man she'd barely met.

This a strange analysis for a kid's movie, but theisable. I have not seen the film in years, but liked it very much. I just saw Return To Oz from 1985. It was cute as well.
