If you were as knowledgeable about box office as you believe you are then you would know that WB lost nothing on Blade Runner. They were just the U.S. ditributer and financed nothing.
Geostorm found WB on the hook for only 40% as it was a joint venture amongst 3 parties. King Arthur was the only one that hit them hard but when you have something like "It" grossing well over 700 million on a 35 million budget(unheard of for Disney outside of DisneyNature films)....I think they are okay.

There"s a reason Disney didn't release the production numbers for this AND Coco...they were too expensive. That doesn't include the marketing budget , of course.
