A plot point that was unresolved. Spoiler

Indy being wanted for murder. I don't think the authorites have much to go on anyway. The gun that killed his coworkers ends up in the far past and isn't at all like the gun Indy owns. Not to mention Indy is the one who called the police there and whoever answered could verify it was him. Despite this I guess the people he was after are so powerful they control the media and the plotpoint of him being a known murderer by the media goes unresolved. Although I don't think he would be found guilty since like I said they don't have the gun that killed those people and everything else is circumstantial.

Post end credit scene, Indy getting head shaved ready for the chair.. "damn I should've stayed in the past.."

reply

Actually I stayed after the credits and there is no scene at all.

I stayed for a couple of minutes to listen to the iconic score one last time (and for the last time no doubt.. unless they reboot in a few years 🙄)

He's given chilled monkey brains as a last meal.

Hopefully they'll work that clip into How It Should Have Ended

I agree. As soon as the credits rolled, I muttered "I guess he got cleared of his murder charges." They're never brought up again, but he really should not have been accused for murder either way. The fugitive element was pointless,.

I don't think this is an issue. The movie has much bigger problems than this. Mentioned how his murder charge might have been resolved:

I liked the movie. Personally Temple of Doom is the only one I hate.

Temple of Doom is great. The weakest of the trilogy, but miles ahead of shits #4 and #5.
