Because it's good? And an honorable continuation of an iconic tv series?
Good lord, people are WAY too fickle about TV shows these days...

yes, I agree. The original was one my favorites and this continues with the same type of humor.

The original was actually funny. The dialogue in this one is lazy and cringy. It’s awful.

Inexpensive show with only a couple big stars that must get reasonably good ratings. This is classic target formula network television.
