Just went back to HBOMax and took another look at the ending shot. Sure enough, the girls pass by the White Lotus entrance and there is the pimp, and he's smiling and waving at the girls as they sashay along, having put one BIG one over on the gullible Americans.
I didn’t see that one coming. I thought she’d just go back to the pimp but not that she set it up.
