Fashion stuff with murder bitch

cool music

set in the 80s and 90s (cool retro periods)

strong hip bizarre off kilter cast

GaGa popular with todays younger generation

Pacino playing Godfather/Scarface type character (those 2 films still a big deal for audience of all ages)

Ridley Scott visuals

looks fun unlike grey washed out looking medieval rape film starring Matt n Ben like the 90s never left (instead audiences chose Bond, Venom or Michael Myers for their weekend cinemagoing)

Awareness of the film was never the problem. The genre, the reviews, and the initial reception will tell the tale. It's received mixed reactions at best thus far. With a genre like this, it needs some critical acclaim, since no one is coming out simply for the action and special fx it doesn't have.

Reactions seem divisive so far. Sounds like it swings for the fences and is basically a Ridley Scott take on the soap-crime melodrama. Which I'm fully onboard for. Whether that will draw a bigger crowd than THE LAST DUEL, hard to say.

Sales are only approaching the 2019 levels... and if you factor in the inflation you would see they are well below the 2019 levels. The brand is trashy, the sales are falling. Look at the actual numbers instead of following some clueless blogger claiming to be an editor in chief.
