Lol, many southern English have probs trying to understand us talking... let alone Yanks.

Only a few of the actors (Irish, Scots, Londoners, Yanks etc) had northern accents anyway, but most did good fake ones (based from S1 upon lead actor Sean Bean from Sheffield)?

Don’t know quite what your talking about, fake northern accents? Sean Bean is northern so he didn’t need a fake northern accent, Sheffield is in the north.

I think he knows Sheffield is in the North, he stated that he's from there, elsewhere. Duh.

I'm a Yank but I think the Northern accents have a lot of flavor and I know a few London natives who despise "The North" even though they emulate Black American culture with their addiction to Rap music and try to sound American themselves.
