I know that you're supposed to suspend your disbelief for this show but are they seriously expecting us to believe the white walkers are going to be dragging thousands and thousands of pounds of big-ass iron chains all over East Jesus for no particular reason??? C'mon man...

They're trudging through the north on their way to kill the living, right? So why would they be dragging those chains around? It would only slow them down, and since they aren't the Three-eyed Raven, and don't have spies, they wouldn't know about the dragon's, so it don't make no sense

Only way it does make sense is if the Night King knew in advance that the dragon was going to be there. When the wildlings attacked the wall, the giants had mammoths with big chains like that, so the Walkers could definitely find stuff like that up there.
shareThousands of pounds of chains is pretty far fetched. As soon as the dragon went down I said the Walkers are going to revive the dragon to use it against them. I didn't know how they were going to do it. I surely didn't see them dragging him out of the water with huge chains though.
Those are the chains they were going to use to climb over the wall.
