That Walt had poisened the little kid? What made it click?

If I remember right, he figured out Huell lifted his cigarettes and he started piecing it together from there

But Brock was poisoned with a plant and Jesse knew about it. And why does it matter that the ricin cigarette went missing long after the poisoning?

No. Jesse even tells Walt that Brock was poisoned with Lily of the Valley. That's why it's always confounded me how Jesse made the connection.

I’ve been rewatching it lately and I’m at the part where Walt is by the pool and the camera zooms in on the Lilly of the Valley plant. Jessie does not know yet, so I’ll be looking out and will report back.

I don't think Jesse ever knew.
But I don't really get why Walt would poison the kid though?
The showed the plant in Walt's back yard, but why?

The other thing I wonder about is why Gus would kill Walt,
except that Walt become an unpredictable wild card thinking
that Gus was going to kill him?

Or why would Gus kill the Latin dude in the lab after he just
proved that he could make Walt's formula?

Jesse told Walt about the plant poisoning. So it makes no sense.

I thought he accused Walt of it, and he was very specific about
the ricin to the cops, which was wrong. I don't think he had a clue.

Initially Jesse believed it was the ricin until the doctors told him about the Lily. Here's a clip:

I do believe they dropped the ball and forgot about the lily of the valley. Or they just hoped we forgot.
