I haven't seen Dexter since it ended in 2013, so I had to go back and do a little light reading.
• Season 1 - Classic. Loved the Ice Truck Killer story arc.
• Season 2 - Another goodie with what had happened between Dexter and Doakes. Didn't really care for Miss 'Pardon My Tits', but she was somewhat tolerable compared to Rita.
• Season 4 - Whoa, Arthur! The way John Lithgow portrays the character was fantastic and hilarious. Oh, and we finally got rid of Rita with her relentless nagging.
• Season 3 - This kinda paled in comparison to the ones mentioned above, but I now consider it part of the classic era of the show (1 - 4). Gotta give props to Jimmy Smits. "Not at all, they said that stain would come out!" "F-k you!" LOL!
• Season 5 - I liked Lumen Pierce (Julia Stiles). I thought it was an interesting turn for the series. Other than that, you can kinda tell the writing was starting to decline a bit.
• Season 7 - Deb finally finds out what her brother really is. Though, I could have done without Hannah McKay (my sincerest apologies to Yvonne Strahovski).
• Season 6 - The Doomsday Killer was weak. Even Edward James Olmos couldn't save it for me.
• Season 8 - Ugh. Hannah, Harrison, Deb having a stroke, Dex becoming a lumberjack, pretty much every damn thing about the finale sucked. I wish a hurricane would wipe all the copies of this season from existence.
