Highly rewatchable movie

It might be because I love revenge movies but i've seen this about a dozen times. It's definitely flawed but it's such a satisfying watch.

Personally, I like this one more than the Marvel Netflix version. Frank started off good and faithful in the Daredevil Netflix show then they decided in the Netflix Punisher show to make a stupid plot that his family and all but one of his war buddies were killed by men loyal to the head of the CIA because he and everyone in his unit had done shady things for the CIA head while in the marines. That is way more off the basis of the comics than this is. Oh and his war buddy that betrays him to the CIA head becomes Jigsaw. That's nothing like the comics.

I enjoyed this film. Very funny at times.
Thomas Jane was good, but not great.

This is certainly a worthy addition to The Punisher franchise.

For all of its flaws, this is the best Punisher movie. I think Stevenson was the best Punisher but too bad War Zone is such garbage.

Netflix did well with Punisher until his solo show. I enjoyed the first season and his DD stuff more than any other Punisher offering.
