Do most adult really like this?

I'm a female in my mid 20s, and I'm not a movie snob or anything. People had been telling me I should see this movie for a while, so finally a few days ago i decided to give it a try. About 25 minutes into it, I'd had enough. It's cute and all, but come on, it's a kid's movie. Why do so many adults like this?

This movie came out when I was 16, so it gives me happy memories. I still watch it from time to time for fun :). Two things I love most about it include a good story with character development; and the fact that the people who made the movie really did their homework about the Great Barrier Reef wildlife and worked it very well into the story.

I found it tiresome and irritating, particularly the endless babbling of the Dory character.

I’m watching it now and I’m in my 40s. I love it.

GREAT FLICK...THE ANSWER MIGHT BE DIFFERENT IF NOT FOR TWO SIMPLE WORDS...ALBERT BROOKS.

I was an adult when it came out and I hated it! The story and "message" are stupid.

I'm an adult and just watched it because I wanted to see it on my OLED. Big boy toys!

Honestly, I can’t stand stuff like this. Didn’t care much for kids films as a kid either.

A father's wife and family is brutally murdered and in an unexpected twist his only surviving son is kidnapped. The father then journeys out into the world to find his missing son.

Sounds more like an action movie than a kid's movie.
