I'm a female in my mid 20s, and I'm not a movie snob or anything. People had been telling me I should see this movie for a while, so finally a few days ago i decided to give it a try. About 25 minutes into it, I'd had enough. It's cute and all, but come on, it's a kid's movie. Why do so many adults like this?
shareThis movie came out when I was 16, so it gives me happy memories. I still watch it from time to time for fun :). Two things I love most about it include a good story with character development; and the fact that the people who made the movie really did their homework about the Great Barrier Reef wildlife and worked it very well into the story.

Sounds more like an action movie than a kid's movie.
