Who was worse between Lumbergh or Stan (Chotchkie's manager)?

Dont recall Stan, was he the Chouchkies waiter or the manager?
But Im gonna guess Lumbergh was worse

What's also even worse about Lumbergh is he was eating a slice of cake in front of Milton considering he knew Milton never gotten a piece of cake that he desperately wanted.

LUMBERGH was a bad person. Stan wasn't too competent.

While Stan was a very passive aggressive person at least he didn't come across very malicious like Lumbergh was.

I don't think I could have worked for either of them.

My vote is Lumbergh. He was a cog in the machine and being an non-empathetic boss, totally unaware of the business issues going on in his department while exploiting Milton grinds my gears. However, the actor was great at his craft projecting these negative traits on screen.

Stan didn’t ask for much, just some extra pieces of flair and some enthusiasm. Why did Joanna work at that goofy burger place if she hated their theme? She should have just sought work at Flingers in the first place. No, Stan was not bad. He just trying to do his job and implement the Chotchkies brand. He sucked at doing it but he tried.

Lumburgh was evil. He tormented Milton and treated Peter like an indentured servant.
