The plane scenes make no sense

So, this nutty dude is talking to an invisible man on the plane, saying crazy things like 'hey, we have the exact same briefcase', when everyone else only sees one briefcase, and NO ONE reacts? No one nudges him and says, 'hey, are you OK, buddy? You're talking to yourself out loud'?

I mean, this is just ONE of the probably THOUSANDS of scenarios, where the Narrator ABSOLUTELY should figure or find out about the situation due to outside interference of SOME sort. Wouldn't at least someone call the air hostess and ask her to check if he's OK, etc.? Wouldn't the air hostess be suspicious of that behaviour and mark him as potential threat or whatnot?

I mean, come on.. think about ALL THE IMPLICATIONS of the twist that would and SHOULD realistically destroy everything we've shown in the movie, nothing could happen the way shown because of the twist.

As I have said before, this movie LIES to the viewer and shows things DIFFERENTLY than how they happened, just to serve the twist.

The idea that one person circumstancially referring to the narrator as "Tyler" could bring him to his senses after all that time is absurd. As if that was the first time that someone could or would have pointed out to the narrator that he's talking to himself. That the briefcase full of soap is identical to his because there is only one briefcase and it belongs to him. And so on.

Since we are in the head of the narrator he could have just as easily been imagining the conversation. It didn't have to be audible. Lol you really don't get movies do you? Even if he had been talking out loud, do you really think anyone on an airplane coming out of a major city is going to be unnerved by someone talking to themself? They see it every day on the street.

Your obsession with Fight Club on moviechat is extremely cringe. You have posted a bunch of times ranting about all sorts of things, some not even pertaining to the movie. I feel like your hatred is just really really misguided. Your one post is literally just incel garbage that doesn't pertain to hardly anything in the film. Just get off the soap box, you're not as cool or funny as you think you are.

Ppl are sometimes like... autistic.

Did you ever consider that he may have been having the conversation in his head?

Shut up with the makes no sense posts. You can rip apart so many movies like this. It’s not made to make sense to you! He shot himself in the mouth and still survived. Doesn’t make sense who gives a fuck

It's so weird how many things don't make sense in a story about a man with mental illness whose mind is almost literally falling apart, told from his point of view.
