Titanic Menus and recipes

Has anybody here ever tried cooking a rendition of the last Titanic meals whether 1st, 2nd or 3rd class recipes/dishes. Just curious to know how it turned out. Some of the ingredients look like they are impossible or hard to find as in the 1st class.

I didn't follow the link but saw some recipes years ago. Most had zero appeal to me.

Ive never heard of some of those sides though...still, id try them for sure

I tried, but the last step in every recipe is "Submerge for 106 years.". Who has THAT kind of time?
