Once he puts that silly emotion chip inside him, he becomes unbearable to watch. From his constant laughing and joking to being a whiner (and dont get me started on his lifeforms song number.....undeniably the films lowest point) it was just painful.
Although I will say his scene with picard in the big screen room was actually quite good. Have to give him the benefit of the doubt there.
You could have left it at "Data was truly annoying."
shareI adore the scene with the lifeforms song. I even made a hardcore techno track sampling it many moons ago. It was great to see Data finally acting up like this after so long, and was great to really see some of the much funnier side of Brent Spiner too.

shareData was awesome in this film, and his character developed further in this single movie than an entire TNG season combined. They did a great job here, and who doesn’t love Mr. Tricorder?
