25 years after - does it hold up ??

I never cared that much for "Forrest Gump".

She lost me completely when she said Gone with the Wind and Sixteen Candles don't hold up. Never heard of Sara Stewart. Very likely she is a femiNazi. Forrest Gump definitely holds up very well.

25 years ago i havent seen it, but now its... not a bad movie. Not top250 list material though.

So many stupid assumptions in one article just as Forrest getting bully makes him a runner is the "illustration of the retro belief that being bullied builds character".

And what is the logic to link between character moral and movie quality. By this logic, The Godfather is bad movie just because the gangsters killed each others.
