What kind of person would you say Ned was back in school?

I can picture him being an annoying person who is always constantly seeking attention.

For sure after the whistling belly-button trick at the high school talent show he got all the girls and all the action. A legend was born.

I always thought he was lying about going to school with Phil. He was using that lie to get Phil to buy insurance from him.

He knew Phil's sister's name.

Yeah and I also doubt he walks around knowing which high schools TV reporters went to 😆
