Anyone who needs convincing should watch 'The Congress' (Ari Folman, 2013), a film when she plays her own role as an aging actress in Hollywood (and... a cartoon version of herself), in an incredible, seldom seen film from an Iranian director!
She may have been prettier, technically, when she was young. I mean, that's almost ALWAYS the case with women. But I thought she was way sexier on 'House of Cards' than shes ever been before. I think the short hair really works for her, which is also rare among women. And the graceful, underplayed confidence and even dominance of Claire Underwood is sexy as hell.
