You can definitely get it at this point using EMule, so I presume there are torrents for it. I think it's against IMDB policy to allow links, so I won't, but it can be found with a simple search in the EMule search tool.

Shout! Factory has just reissued this film as part of a box set along with the first "Deathstalker," "Barbarian Queen," and "The Warrior and the Sorceress."

Shout Factory just released a limited edition Blu-Ray with both "Deathstalker" and "Deathstalker II" on it.
I'd highly recommend ordering it sooner rather than later as it's limited to 1,000 total.

1 and 2 just got uploaded to Shudder, but 3 actually was hard to find, had to scrounge for a shitty streaming version on ok.ru

Incorrect, just the MST3K version. I love those guys, but wanted to watch the actual movie, not a cut version with robots talking over it.
