He reminded me of the Terminator in the Veterans day memorial service, very robotic in mannerism.
I know the obsession with him in his fanbase, but I feel like the party itself will abandon him before then.

If the Republicans pick another to run in 2024 (Nikki Haley say) over Trump. Mr Trump will threaten to run as a independent. If he does, it would be like Ross Perot on steroids, sucking major #'s of voters from Haley.
It's weird because the stuff he's said you'd think would damage him for good yet he always seems to have die hard supporters

He had a good shot of winning 2024, but not now, Democrats CONTROL the house and Senate. Very very likely that these chambers will pass a provision barring Trump from running in 2024.
Trump is toast.
I just learned that they need 17 Republicans to vote for conviction (to create a super majority) to convict Trump and ban him from running in 2024.
Just like the Terminator, Trump running again in 2024 is a distinct possibility.
