Pretty good

This was a well put together film.
The acting was really good. The little boy was a bit creepy, although I expected more.
His freak-out when arriving at the church was intense, and superbly done. The nanny was nuts, and played the part well.

Gregory Peck was really good. The beheading of the photographer was fantastically done. Superb stuff by the special effects department.

A good watch, and well worth it.

It's a good film. Good story, great performances. Lee Remick was beautiful.

Richard Donner was a great director, it's a shame we don't have many of those anymore.

Agreed!
The most impressive results are achieved in slow motion and back and forth.

They made some nice practical effects during that time. My favourite is over the top exploding of John Cassavete's character in the end of Brian De Palma's The Fury. There was a time I couldn't get enough of that scene.

Gregory Peck and David Warner were awesome in this. I liked the poem as well.
