shareI watched the first two on AMC recently, uncut, in their entirety. It came to 8 & 1/2 hrs on that day. The following day I watched most of part III, minus the first hour. Later that day, I found the disc at my local library and discovered it had been cut by about an hour but between the two I pieced it together. It was an enjoyable binge watch.
shareAll three are on Amazon Prime here in Canada so this has me thinking I should take advantage of it. I re-watched Jaws last night.
shareIt was touted as a Godfather Marathon on AMC that first day and was a completely unplanned, spontaneous effort on my part. I just got caught up in the saga. I liked part II the best. I actually still have the disc to part III. I don't know the actual run times but I was 4hrs, II was 4&1/2 and III was 4 hrs. on AMC. I noticed there was a discrepancy of 70 minutes between the run time on AMC and that on the disc to part III. I don't think that was entirely due to commercial breaks because they seemed fewer and less lengthy than on most other channels.
