Over the last year or so Dua Lipa definitely took up the pop star throne from every other female artist including Ariana. She made a bigger and more successful impact than her by a good margin with her latest album. Dua Lipa is the future and the pop star to beat right now. No other is on her level.

shareDua Lipa has more charisma and stage presence than Ariana and handles herself much better in a live setting. She is of course also a better dancer and has a more compelling style (Ariana feels rather staged in her videos and live concerts, Dua Lipa feels more authentic). Technically speaking Ariana is a better singer but Dua Lipa's voice suits her style perfectly and she doesn't needs to match Ariana technically in that department to be a more well rounded artist.
Also the that duet she did with St. Vincent live not long ago is better than any collaboration Ariana has ever done and it only lasted like 3 mins.
To top it off Dua Lipa has a way better look and is way hotter.
I don't like either one of them.
