How is Lily Collins able to vote in an American election?

This is probably a dumb question, but I'm kind of confused over whether or not she is technically "British" more so than she is an American. Her dad is of course, Phil Collins and she was born in Guildford, Surrey, England. She didn't move to the United States until she was 7 and she initially still had a British accent.

She moved to the US when she was 5 with her American mother. Easy to get US citizenship.

She is the daughter of English musician Phil Collins and American Jill Tavelman. Fyi, you're automatically an American if you mated with an American citizen. That or anchor baby drop.

She may have dual-citizenship. Basically, an American mother would give her U.S. citizenship.
