Given a choice I'd take Ortega any day. There's something about her. She's not even the type I usually go for. But watching her in Scream VI the other day I was thinking 'Damn'!

I think that's the idea with midget vs dwarf, midgets are in proportion but are just small in stature.
Dwarfs have more abnormal proportions
