Who's the best actor to have played Stalin?

I think Robert Duvall but a shame it was a TV movie, I'd love to see a serious big budget Hollywood movie telling the story of this vile evil criminal of history.

Michael Caine was probally the worst, I love Michael Caine, a legend and a fine actor but not buying him as Stalin!

I say Joe Biden…..but his hair plugs don’t do Stalin’s hair justice.
