Why is he free?

Why is a convicted man allowed to walk free while waiting year(s) for his appeal?

reply

Because he's not a danger to society.

Jurors aren't asked, "Do you want to convict this criminal, but let him walk free as he tries to undo what you just decided?"

reply

That's not the jurors job.

How is he not a danger since he brazenly concocted & executed a fake hate crime, blaming it on political opponents of a certain race and religion? He could commit a similar crime at any moment since, let's face it, he got away with it due to Liberal black privilege.

reply

because he is kind of famous, black and gay.
