Lol, He's Fu**ed!

His attorney has been trying to dismiss the appointment of a special prosecutor, but today a judge said tough shit, it's happening. I hope he goes to prison. His actions were just as deplorable and disgusting as a KKK march.

reply

I hope he gets what he deserves - about a 3 year sentence.

reply

At this point, I'd be ok with him just admitting he faked a hate crime to advance his career.

reply

I get the feeling he'd rather do jail time than to admit what he did.

reply

Seems like it. I wonder what became of his case? Haven't heard anything for awhile.

reply

What career? I and many other others like me have never even heard of this guy until he faked the hate crime.

reply

He has to do some time. Apart from the tremendous waste of public resources caused by his charade, he allowed his accomplices to be arrested and was apparently prepared to let them be charged. They can't just let that go.

I would sentence to six months, assuming that he would only serve about half that time.

reply

6 months? that's a slap on the wrist - 3 years and a 100K fine seems more appropriate to me.
