Is This Guy The Penguin in The Batman?
A critic pointed out that in his make-up as The Penguin in The Batman, the otherwise unrecognizable Colin Farrell looks like ...Richard Kind.

But once that critic called it -- I couldn't see anybody but Kind in the role.
UPDATE: In his "3 Best Roles" post here, "Gotham" is listed. That's about Batmansville. Is Kind ALREADY playing The Penguin? I don't know. I don't watch.
UPDATE: I looked it up on IMdb. No, Richard Kind doesn't play The Penguin on Gotham. He plays the Mayor.
