The #metoo claws are coming out

Sounds like the studio for the Witcher decided to get revenge on him for leaving their show, so they're gonna make him suffer by writing articles about him being a misogynistic gamer addict. I guess that's what happens when you have bitchy, left-wing, woke women running a production for a franchise they don't like or respect, but still wanta squeeze it for money while promoting their own twisted ideologies: you spoil their plans and they will call you every name in the book.

Here's what Cavill said: The production had a hostile writing staff (with only one male writer and all the rest were female) that did not like or respect the source material, and were rewriting the show to focus on the women in the story (and doing a terrible job after season 1), forcing Geralt to become a guest on his own show. They broke canon every chance they could, and refused to listen to Cavill whenever he'd get out one of the books and show them why this shouldn't be in the show. They made Geralt look more and more like a fool, and focused less and less on what made him famous: fighting monsters. The straw that broke Cavill's back was that they were planning on killing Geralt's horse, Roach, and wanted to make it funny. After three seasons of that bullshit, he'd had enough and left.

Here's what the production said: He was an arrogant, disrespectful misogynist and a video game addict, whose habits became a problem as time went on with filming the different seasons. They said he would sometimes ignore the women working BTS stuff entirely and not even look at them or speak to them, and buddied up to the one male writer on the show, who also apparently liked gaming. They blame the gaming world for being misogynistic and claimed it had rubbed off on him. He would change the script without even telling anyone or letting his fellow actors know about it until filming started. They also looked into his past social media history and made a big deal about dating a 19-year-old and Gina Carano, whom they didn't hate until the problem with the Mandalorian happened.

To be fair, I'd believe his story before I'd believe theirs, considering how toxic the Netflix studio setup has become. I wouldn't want to work with those bitches anymore than he would. Small wonder fans of the Witcher Franchise now hate Netflix Studios for butchering the story.
